This project consisted of construction of a new concrete and asphalt parking lot for Elvis J. Ballew School in Pharr, TX. Other features included were drainage detention pond and storm water system, ADA parking and ramps, sidewalks, canopies, restroom and cafeteria upgrades and new security lighting.
